Haj/Umrah journey’s Rules and Regulations:-

1. If there is any change in flight fare, dollar conversion and muallim fees, it has to be paid by the Hajee.
2. Applications without advance payment would be rejected
3. Details of journey would be informed once the journey date is confirmed.
4. Company shall take Hajees to Historical places and other important places for Jiyaraath.
5. We humbly request you to maintain patience if the issuing of food is delayed in Mina, Arafa and Musthalipha,
6. Your humble presence is a must when the food is supplied.
7. If a person cancels before 2 months from the date of Journey, all the charges will be reimbursed where a service charge of Rs.2,000/- will be taken into account
8. If a person cancels in between 2 months of the Journey date, all refund formalities would be done once returning from the Haj/Umrah, based on the accommodation charges of the Mecca and Medina, Visa Fee, Ticket Cancellation Charges and other charges that could be taken into account and the remaining fees would be reimbursed.
9. On expiry of any of the applied person, before one month from the date of Journey it is necessary for the respected person’s nominee to inform the Management.
10. Once the information is reviewed by the Management, Service Charge and other charges would be taken into account and the balance would be sent to the Nominee.
11. Persons who are suffering from eye sight, serious diseases and walking for longer distances without the help of third person won’t be taken into account for Haj/Umrah.
12. Between 4-6 members would be accommodating in a Single Room (Excluding Ajeezia)
13. If exclusive 2 member per room accommodation is required, the same  can be bought by paying additional fee
14. You aren’t allowed to make your visitors to stay in your allotted room, since it would cause great inconvenience for other Hajees.
15. Drugs, Kasakasa and weapons are strictly prohibited by the Saudi government. So you are requested not to bring these types of materials. Death sentence would be implemented if found guilty of the same.
16.  Management won’t responsible for any property / health loss due to Climatic conditions, accidents and other unavoidable conditions. But management could help for medical treatment if informed at an earlier stage.
17. All tents would be same and all people would be wearing Ihram in Arafa and Mina. So it would be difficult for us to find you if you are lost. Hence we request all to complete the prayers by joining the Jamaath in the allotted tents.
18. Kindly inform the management if you are planning to meet your friends and relatives, in order to keep track of your presence.
19. Hajees should take care of their belongings and luggage at any place, right from Chennai to Kaaba, back from Kaaba to Chennai.
20. Management will not be responsible for flight delays and any other delays that are out of the hands of us.
21. It is compulsory for every Hajee to attend the classes during Haj session that would be conducted by the Management.
22. It’s necessary for everyone to keep their id cards till the end of Haj season.
23. Customers are requested to submit their passport before two months of their journey.
24. All journey decisions shall be made solely by the management.

Non-included Journey Fees:-

1. Every Hajee is permitted for 30 Kg of luggage. Extra luggage costs shall be paid by the Hajee.
2. Sacrifice (Kurban) is not included in the fee structure. For the well benefit of Hajees, Kurban could be arranged by the Management on request.
3. Transportation of Dhul Haj 10th Dawab of Haj (Dawab Jiyaara) is not included in the fee structure. It shall be paid by the Hajee.
4. Food expenses in the Airport will not be given by the management.
5. Accommodation in Chennai would be at the own cost of the Hajee.

Necessary Documents for Journey:-

1. Passport ( less than 6 month validity from the Journey Date)
2. Photos

Visa Size 4.0 cm X 6.0 cm – 6 Nos. (Colour photo with white background)
Passport size 3.5 cm X 4.0 cm – 10 Nos. (Colour photo with Red background)
Stamp Size 2.0 cm X 2.5 cm – 5 Nos. (Colour photo with Red background)

Necessary Documents to be attached along with Application:-

1. Passport Copy
2. Photos
3. D.D ( Demant Draft )
